Adhere GELevate Soft Gel Tips: 1. Prep those nails! Follow OPI Salon Service Nail Prep Basics step by step. 2. Size the GELevate Soft Gel Tips to all 10 nails, making sure the tips cover the nail from side to side and fit at the cuticle line. 3. Apply a coat of Bondex Bonding Agent and allow to dry (skip this step if a HEMA-free service is desired). 4. Apply a thin coat of GELevate 4-in-1 Builder Gel to all 5 nails, leaving a thin free margin around the perimeter of the nail. Cure for 30 seconds in the Star Light Lamp. 5. Apply a small amount of GELevate 4-in-1 Builder Gel to the inside of the tip. 6. Align the cuticle line of the tip to the natural nail at a 45° angle and gently rock the tip forward, pushing the gel to the free edge of the nail. 7. Flash cure the nail for 5 seconds with the Lightning Flash Cure Gel Lamp. 8. Repeat steps 5-6 on remaining nails until all nails are complete. Cure for 30 seconds in the Star Light Lamp. Repeat on the other hand. Fill GELevate Soft Gel Tips and overlays: 1. Use a hand file to reduce the length and reshape the nail to desired shape. 2. Use a hand file or an e-file to reduce 50-80% of the product and remove any service breakdown such as cracks or lifting. 3. Prep those nails! Follow OPI Salon Service Nail Prep Basics step by step. 4. Apply a coat of Bondex Bonding Agent to the natural nail only and allow to dry. (Skip this step if a HEMA-free service is desired.) 5. Apply a thin coat of GELevate 4-in-1 Builder Gel to all 5 nails, leaving a thin free margin around the perimeter of the nail. Cure for 30 seconds in the Star Light Lamp. 6. Pick up a small bead of builder gel on the brush and place in the center of the nail. Guide the gel towards the cuticle and from side to side, leaving a thin free margin. Continue guiding the gel down the length of the nail. 7. If needed, flip the nail upside-down and allow shape to smooth. Lock the gel in place with a 5-second flash cure with the Star Light or Lightning Flash Cure Lamp. 8. Repeat on remaining nails and cure for 30 seconds in the Star Light Lamp. Repeat on the other hand. 9. If shaping is needed, remove the gel residue with a nail wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99 Cleansing Solution and file with a hand file or e-file. 10. Apply a coat of GelColor Super Gloss Top Coat and cure for 30 seconds. 11. Remove gel residue with a nail wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99 Cleansing Solution. Build short and medium length and create overlays: 1. Prep nails per OPI salon service basics. 2. Apply a coat of Bondex Bonding Agent and allow to dry (skip this step if a HEMA-free service is desired). For length, apply a tip or form. 3. Apply a thin coat of GELevate 4-in-1 Builder Gel to all 5 nails, leaving a thin free margin around the perimeter of the nail. Cure for 30 seconds in the Star Light Lamp. 4. Pick up a small bead of builder gel on the brush and place in the center of the nail. Guide the gel towards the cuticle and from side to side, leaving a thin free margin. Continue guiding the gel down the length of the nail. 5. If needed, flip the nail upside-down and allow shape to smooth. Lock the gel in place with a 5-second flash cure with the Star Light or Lightning Flash Cure Lamp. 6. Repeat on remaining nails and cure for 30 seconds in the Star Light Lamp. Repeat on the other hand. 7. If shaping, remove gel residue with a nail wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99 Cleansing Solution and file with a hand file or e-file. 8. Apply a coat of GelColor Super Gloss Top Coat and cure for 30 seconds. 9. Remove gel residue with a nail wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99 Cleansing Solution.
